Family Service & End of Year Religious School Celebration!
Saturday, May 10 | 10:00 AM - 11:45 AM | Sanctuary
Join us to celebrate shabbat with an up-beat service with songs and blessings as we end the Religious School year with a school-wide celebration.
All students will be involved in different parts of the service, and we will have an oneg following the service.
This is not just for school families and kids! All are invited to see our talented, amazing students.
Settling in Our Core in Troubled Waters: Group with Ziva Moyal
Thursdays, May 15, May 22, May 29, and June 5 | 12:30 PM - 2:00 PM | Nevei Kodesh Library
In these group gatherings, we will explore our areas of higher sensitivity to outside stimulation, and use conversation, meditations, breathing practices and chants to build our ability to stay in our core (or get back to it faster) in spite of what’s coming at us.
There are four sessions on May 15, May 22, May 29, and May 5. Attending all four is recommended but not required.

With our chanting, we use sacred verses from the Torah with prayerful melodies (mostly from Rabbi Shefa Gold), to ‘call’ God, and affirm our relationship with the Divine.

Sound Healing with Hazzan Shayndel
